The capital of the state of Washington is on SpotCrime! Olympia has a population of about 42k and is located south of Seattle.

Residents should always take a number of precautions when it comes to burglar-proofing their home. This includes locking doors and windows (even doors from your garage into your house!), installing peep holes, reporting any suspicious persons, cleaning up your yard and, of course, installing an alarm system in your home will help too!
