SpotCrime alerts sent have surpassed the 30 million mark! 

Thank you for signing up for SpotCrime alerts and all of your feedback, it has helped us reach this stepping stone!

Each email alert includes a map of crime and a list of crime details that have occurred around an address specified by a user.  

Some alerts include a local sponsor ad, local news station logo and/or a highlighted news story.

So, unless there is more than one person at an address signed up for an alert (i.e. apartment or business building), most of the 30 m alerts have all been unique - like a snowflake!
